The altered book is made by stitching and gluing together a cacophony of small objects that were left behind by the students who use the library at Winchester School of Art. The scribbles and notes that were left behind in the library demonstrate the high constituency of foreign students, mainly from China.
By collaging together items left by the international students into a book that was about supervising International students, the altered book attempts to offer an imagined space where the teachers and students are engaged in a dialogue about education and methods of learning.
